Product Introduction

High signal-to-noise ratio automatic balanced polarization detector is a disruptive product in the field of polarization related optical detection. Compared to similar products on the market, this module has been specially optimized for ultra short pulse width lasers (<1 picosecond). The two models of modules are respectively suitable for ultrafast pulse width lasers with repetition rates of 0.1 KHz – 5 KHz and 200 kHz – 200 MHz. As shown in the figure on the right, the module integrates a balance detector, Wollaston prism, and 1/4 glass slide (installed on an electric rotating table) inside. It is worth noting that when detecting short pulse laser beams, even if the light input power is very low, the detector will frequently saturate. Meanwhile, due to the sensitivity of the detection system to the angle of the quarter wave plate, the measurable window is often very small and unstable, which limits the linear response range of the detector. Our TTT-ABPD series automatic balanced polarization detection module has been specially optimized to address the above issues, and has excellent stability and ease of operation.
